It says topical ointment. Is it bad to run it up?

Eye of newt and lizard tongue. A few snake heads to give it "strength." Oh yeah, it'll cure what ails you. It will kill you but the germs don't stand a chance either. Win-win for the vendor, which of course is the whole point.

And why the hell hasn't Penfold been institutionalized yet?
As Tyler said, he's a little on the paranoid side. That's why they had to get rid of the pet rabbits. The multiplying was tripping him up.

i don't know I bought his suppositories....it's much more pleasurable.
