I dont know but, I think (for whatever that's worth) that because God intended animals to be our companions initially before he made women---he had a certain affection built in to dogs for us and I think we can kind of see this when he instituted the "pack" mentality knowing that man would prove himself to be "pack leader" by his intelligence.

You may not like the answer!! But the reason why they say a dog is man best friend is the dog use to lick the lepers sores up in the caucus mountains and the cavemen of that time use to lay with animals. Do some research on the origins of the Romans and they're mythological beliefs they believe that they were raise by a she wolf.

Because some married man was nagged into some chore, so he went out to the barn with a beer and sat there and had a good talk with the dog, which never asked a thing of him.

My puppy loves bananas, every time I eat a banana, she wants some. She is the sweetest pup, very easy to train.
I love her to pieces.
