For the time being, keep her a good distance from other dogs.
Start working with her, slowly. Go to a park or parking lot or picnic grove - some place where she can see other dogs, but not to where she is close to them. Teach her a "watch me" command, but showing her a treat, give her a "watch me" command, and bring the treat up to your nose. As soon as she makes eye contact with you, praise her and give her the treat. Gradually make the eye contact longer, and slowly phase out the treat as a lure.
Once she knows the watch me command, go out in public, but where the public and other dogs are not too close. As soon as she starts to pay attention to the other dogs, tell her the watch me command and refocus her energy on you. When she refocuses, lots a praise and a cookie.
Gradually over time, move closer and closer to the other dogs. Do not get too close to them until you can trust her to respond to your commands immediately, so there is not any hesitancy.
Also, when she is on leash, make sure of your own body language. If you tense up on the leash as another dog is approaching, you are sending a signal to the dog that there is a problem ahead and she will get nervous and on guard. Make sure you are not feeding her any wrong emotions. Walk casually and calmly past the other dogs.

put it in a cage for at least 2 hours, they cant stand that! keep another dog close to the cage... only give slush tuna or fish to eat.. then make sure that the cage if locked. get the other dog closer but stay close too! make the other dog bark. if slush ignores her then do the same for two days if not then keep her in the cage and eat tuna for 5 days this is a lesson to her. she'll learn and not do it again.. i know this because my dog is the same!

once they do this it can become a habit. get a muzzle and train slush not to attack another dog .use it so he won't hurt anyone. i had a rottie mix that went into a frenzy and bite and shook other dogs so bad they were put down.it is something that is hard to fix. i used the muzzle and she never did it again. she only lived to the age of 7 but it was quite scary when she behaved this way. i hope it works.

Pay the owners of the other dogs for any medical expenses incurred by your flakiness. You knew your dog had problems with other dogs but still sent your daughter ToTing with her.
Give Slush time to calm down and keep her away from other dogs.

Try to calm her. Keep her on a leash when you go out for a walk. Maybe then she won't attack other dogs. Your dog does not know how to controll itself, so you will have to teach it to. If your dog is a male, maybe he needs to get nueterd. Does it only attack females?
You should keep away from other dogs as the first person said. Please add details.

I would take her to a dog behaviorist and have them hopefully get her over her problem with dogs, if not you may need to muzzle her around other dogs to prevent legal action and being forced to euthanize her.

Well it wasn't particularly bright not to do a rehearsal first, was it? Now you're asking strangers what you should do?!
