Yes, Its a really nice place.
If you would prefer the city life you should look into hotel, B&Bs etc. for Dublin town like the city centre, Grafton street, O'Connell Street etc, There are loads of shops and night life in those area's and there are tourist buses that go aroung=d town and there are some great sites like Kilmanon jail historic sites etc.
If you prefer the country side then you should visit somewhere in the west of Ireland like Mayo, Galway, Clare etc. where you could rent a house and there is really nice rural scenery and donegal is in the North if Ireland which has lovley people and scenery too!
Kerry is in the south of Ireland and there is a town in it called Tralee which is very tourist orinated and there is loads of shops there is an aquadome swimming pool and pubs and clubs, You should try these websites:

Go to the tourist board website for some information. And start saving your money if you want to stay in a castle or someplace like that.

Lots of beautiful landscape here, especially in the West.

Yes. There are beautiful locations with great scenery. It is very east to rent a cottage in a private yet picturesc location across the country.

Yeh its a wonderful place to roam about and for Honeymoon for the both honey and moon, by the way who is honey and who's moon in your case
