PORK CHOP AND POTATO CASSEROLE

4 med. potatoes
1 can mushroom soup
5 pork chops
1/2 med. onion

Butter casserole dish. Slice potatoes, then add onion and season. Lay pork chops on top. Spread soup on top of seasoned pork chops and add a can of water. Cook at 350 degrees about 1 hour.

Yum, it sounds like a great meal! I would just grill or broil the pork chops, or maybe fry them. Then boil the potatoes and mash them. You can leave the skins on to make them look very festive. The summer squash can be baked or cooked in the microwave. Yum, I haven't had a pork chop in ages!

put all into a baking dish along with onions, Italian sausage, salt, pepper, oregano and an entire jar of Pepperoncini peppers, juice and all. Place in the oven at 400 until the sausage is cooked all the way through. Leave foil on for the first 30 minutes.
