After i brush my teeth, I notice I have this layer of beige gunk on my tongue. First off, is this normal, and second off, how do I get rid of it???

buy a tongue cleaner...make sure you use it correctly b/c you might gag on it...then use antibacterial mouthwash (ie Listerine)...germs on your tongue can lead to bad breath

I don't know if it's normal or not, but brush your tongue after you brush your teeth, like you should always do anyway, and see what happens.

Brush it. Yes, with your toothbrush. Just don't brush too far back, gag reflex, you know.

Yes, it's normal. They make tongue scrappers just for it too!

use ur toothbrush and gently brush your tongue with it. dont use toothpaste
