Bloodletting even with clean tools should be malpractice...

There's no medical reason for bloodletting.

of course it can if u use unclean tools.

anything that has been used for bloodletting on other people/animals then ur sure to contract any diseases tht r present..besides very few establishments do bloodletting nowadays anyway.most diseases once airborn are apparently killed off but I would not take the chance

r u having it done?? if so WHY?

Now what are referring to as bloodletting? Not a medical term I've heard of recently. We withdraw blood from patients for tests.......or when people donate blood. Soooooo, are you from a past century......or into the occult......or what?

If the 'tool' was used on a person with AIDS and not sterilized properly then used on another person, yes, AIDS would spread to the next person.

Yes possibly. Also blood transfusions could result in AIDS if the person who is donating the blood has HIV or AIDS and it is given to another person.
