The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. If you want anymore details, feel free to email me. Just please be patient for ppl seem to email me for advice on this, I will reply, don't worry! ~Adia

Eating three balanced meals is OK but getting snacks in between meals is better especially if your working out. This helps to curb cravings that many of us get for unhealthy items when we get hungry. This could result in binging or making a bad choice. Just make sure the snacks are healthy and do not have to many unhealthy carbs or sugars. This will temporarily increase your blood sugar and when it comes down you may have more cravings. Some healthy snacks can be low fat cottage cheese, cheese with less then 7grams of fat per serving, a tablespoon of peanut butter with half an apple or pear, a couple of slices of lean ham/chicken/turkey deli meat, some lettuce with humus, or even a whole boiled egg or egg white if you want to avoid the yoke. Although fruit is healthy it is high in sugar/calories so always eat them whole (no juices) and always in moderation and add a protein or fat(like nuts/peanut butter) with them to balance them out and help keep you keep filled up longer. Just remember too keep this snacks small. Good luck.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Instead of taking those over the counter weight loss drugs (which have a record of being more hurtful than helpful) exercise (combination cardiovascular and weightlighting), that has more to do with weight loss than even diet, but hand in hand those two aspects together is the optimum way to loose weight.

*Note- Contrary to what some people believe lighting doesn't always bulk you up. You lift a certain way to bulk, Tons of weight, few reps, etc. If you want to tone keep the weight light and do a bunch of reps. But work up to a heavier weight.

small frequent meals with alot of water and/or diet soda. Drink big glass of water 30 min before you eat and this helps cut back your appetite. Keeping yourself to 3 or less meals a day actually makes you eat more, because you are sooooo hungry. Also, dont eat after 6 pm...night time eating slows metabolism. And please don't forget to exercise...there is no substitute for diet and exercise to loose weight.

first of all ive been where u are and it sucks! thats why i did something about it...yeah hydroxycut sounds great, which is why i used it for a while, but it made me jjittery nauseous and didn't do ANYTHING! you loose weight when you burn more calories than you take in so start keeping track of your calories..remember there are 3500 in a pound of bodyweight. so ya if you do what you are doing of course you will loose weight but you will also slow down your metabolism and you will always be hungry. join a gym and do it the right way, its worth it.
also, go to caloriesperhour.com its a great website.

You need to eat about 4-5 times a day,but just eat small amounts. If you make a habit of skipping meals, your body will go into starvation mode and will not burn the calories ,thus the body fat remains.......
