so yea any of you have any ideas of where is a good place to do this at and not get caught like other den a frends house?

If it's your first time together, and you want to do something she'll always remember, you might want to consider taking her on a camping trip.
Shout out a national park or other camping ground ahead of time for a really glorious site, preferably something secluded that is within site of some mountains.
When the two of you are out in the woods, begin talking about the beauty and majesty of nature and then tell her that her beauty far surpasses anything else around.
Have a blanket ready and possibly some alcohol (whatever she likes) and if things progress as they should, you'll both have an experience neither of you will soon forget.
PS. Make sure you only remember to bring one sleeping bag...

do it in the car, do it in the park on a picnic bench or have her hang from the pull bar and do it to her good or go down by the water and do it on blanket at night!!
