Jesus dying for our sins kept us from eternally perishing. He did not in any way change the things that Father God had ever decreed.

We were ALL present inside Adam's loins in the beginning - seventy trillion blueprints for people who would eventually live and die. We are all merely genetic variations of Adam. We lived within Adam and Adam lives within us. Mankind IS Adam! So all must suffer for the things Adam did. Look to Jesus for salvation!

1. Child birth is not a sin.
2. The pain of child birth was authorized in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3); that may 'old testament' according to the 'index' but not according to scripture. The scriptural old testament is the law of Moses.

That we can be redeemed from sin through faith in Christ does not remove the curse that is on the earth, and part of that curse is what you described. Every suffering and disaster is a result of the fall in the garden.

But the bible tells us there will come a day when Jesus Christ will redeem the title deed to the earth, and all things will be made new.

It is because of Eve in the Garden of Eden.

Genesis 3:16
To the woman He said:
I will greatly multiply your sorrow and your conception;
In pain you shall bring forth children;
your desire shall be for your husband and he shall rule over you.

It was because of her part in the original sin of eating the fruit from the tree of knowlage in the garden.

He did not die instead of us and we still deserve the pain and the death but by his death and the virtue of his marriage to us his Church---he has raised our suffering and death into something that is redeeming rather than just deserved. In union with him he offers it to the Father and it is only Jesus goodness the Father sees and so we are raised with him.

Why does the butterfly struggle out of it's cacoon??? It makes it stronger. Without this struggle, the butterfly will not live.

God has a reason for everything. somethings cannot be explained just yet....that's why there is faith.

Think of it this way. When your child disobeys but apologizes. Is there no punishment, ever, in any situation? Same w/ God.
