It means that the job is still open and that no applicant knocked their sox off at their first interview and that they have time to be selective but are busy enough to be actively re- interviewing people.
So dress appropriately, mind your manners, speak calmly and intelligently and be prepared for some more in depth reasons for choosing you.
Do your homework, know all you can about their business, be as calm as you can be under stress, a receptionist is the first impression many people get of a company so the position is very important. There is a lot of stress fielding several calls at one time, remembering who has what preferences, remembering names, being able to prioritize on the run, these are all little things but remembering some ones name has made or broken many a business deal. You can't have a problem being responsible to more than one boss, or with fetching some one a Latte' and remembering how they like it.
Good Luck be prepared to demonstrate abilities with their equipment, brush up on typing and grammar.....

Typically, when you are asked to come back for a second interview process...it means only one thing, your chances are a lot higher than the other candidates applying for the health office position.
Things to consider:
1.) Your previous experience
2.) The nature of your previous job and how it correlates to the job responsibilities and tasks.
Usually, the second interview can be very intense because employers like to see the motivation you have to succeed in the position applying for and it helps the organization, in terms of, correspondence to other employers this company is dealing with.
It is necessary to follow up after the second interview. It immediately shows to the employer how well you can correspond after the interview process. A thank you letter would a great idea, in fact, you can find a lot of samples online just to get some ideas to get you started on.

It means you left a very good impression on your first interview and you fill the qualifications. They want to talk to you about your future employment and if you are a possible candidate to do this job and what your knowledge is of this job. So try to understand that you need to have a positive learning atitude because they may have other candidates that fill the qualifications yet they wish to speak to you on a more knowledgeable level So Good Luck with your second interview. Dress professionally and be punctional so they will feel you are very interested in the position A follow up letter is always a good touch. So hope you get it. Speak of possible learned techniques that you acquired in your job at the gym and other experiences that will help you be the best candidate.

sounds like you might have a good chance. It's good that you called to follow up, and the Thank You letter was also good. If you really want to show you're interested, do a little research before you go. find out what they do, who their customers are, and how your skills apply to what they're looking for.. Don't be afraid to admit your weaknesses, just be prepared to show how you work on them.. for example.. I always have a problem with getting overloaded with work, so I make lists and then prioritize my items and then just work down the list... Today's employers don't mind so much that you have weaknesses, but if you can turn them into a positive, it looks really good. . . So say for instance, you get overwhelmed with work, Admit that you have a tendency to try to take everything on that you can, because you like to learn and be involved but you've realized you can't do everything so you do what you have been assigned, and then take any extra time you have to work on those other items.. It shows you're not afraid to help others out, and you can work as a team player.. Big thing in this day... Practice answering questions before you go, so you don't appear nervous and the information comes out and flows smoothly. And don't forget to take some notes with you if you don't think too quick on your feet.. Make some bullets on a sheet of paper with a few words to help job your memory, and refer to them if you have to.

I think you have a really good chance at starting that job with in the next week or so. make sure you smile and ask questions. It may help to do some history on the place you applied for just to let them know that you are efficient.

I pretty sure they might want you. Companies do this kinda thing... they wait to see if your really interested and they wait until you call like a thousand times (not really like twice) and they see that you are really interested so the say "she looks interested" ya know??? also give them a call to verify your second interview dont look nervous or shy. well, thats just what i would do.
