I don't eat bread at all but I do consume enough fiber from fiber 1 cereal and vegetables. Are there any other particular nutrients I'm missing out on in bread?

I'm not a nutritionist, but since there is a diet out there called "Dr. Gott's No Flour No Sugar Diet" I don't think you're missing anything if you are eating well in other areas. I also think that the Atkins diet restricts/forbids carbs like bread, so I'm pretty sure bread is not necessary for getting a particular nutrient.

As long as you're not cutting grain out of your diet, you don't need it in bread form. Be sure to include things like whole grain and multi-grain cereals and pasta. Also, with box cereals, watch for the amount of sweetening that is added. I guess I'm weird, I don't really care for sweet stuff much, and most box cereals seem sickeningly sweet to me.

For a more detailed list of nutrients in bread, check out the link below. It's a nutritional analysis of white flour.

No, not at all. There is nothing uniquely nutritious about bread. If you have been eating fortified bread (bread to which vitamins and minerals have been added), and cut that out, then you might want to think about how you are getting those vitamins and minerals now, but you can get the same ones from a multivitamin, fortified cereal, or even better, simply a balanced diet. (For all I know, you weren't eating fortified bread, anyway.)

Bread is terrible for health. See the last fat loss tip on site below. All fruits and vegetables have plenty of fiber. You don't need any grains but whole grains are best. Bread is not a whole grain.

No..as long as your getting nutrients from other things like fruits and veggies..your fine. When I stopped eating bread I switched to brown rice for my meals and lost weight.

bread is not a naturally occurring food item, therefore it is not needed in the diet.
