Because some theists are dense. Most are either understanding of atheists or merely ignorant of atheists... but there is a small percentage of theists who are dense, who don't change their tune even after listening to atheists. Observe:

Theist: You believe in God! Stop Pretending!
Atheist: I don't believe in God
Theist: Yes you do! You are merely rebelling!
Atheist: ????

Theist: You Atheists are Satan worshipers!
Atheist: I don't believe in God, or devils or anything supernatural.
Theist: You worship Satan!
Atheist: ????

You get my drift.

Not entirely sure what the question is asking so I'll say a few things...

I think most christians will listen and try to understand what an Atheist says, but won't necesserily believe it. and Vice Versa.

Also, if christians refuse to listen to what an atheist believes, yet expects the atheist to listen to him, then he is a hypocrite. And just remember kids, Jesus Condemns the hypocritical!

The devil tells us atheists what to say and do because we worship him and are immoral, sick freaks. Thus, theists know we're against them - we're on the dark side and they can't believe a word we say.

I don't know. It is quite simple in my case. I do not believe there is a god or gods of any kind. That's all. There is no more.

What points? The Atheist in this forum are not too open about what they actually do believe. All I get is attacks on religion and theism. I would love to learn any view that you hold. I will at least accept it ..even if I don't "believe" it.

Because it's their belief, not mine.

Same questions, different answers.

EDIT. I respect what someone like Bluetick has to say.

Because they're not allowed to listen to us. It's forbidden by their pastors. And the good sheep always do what the shepherd instructs.
