When you have mixed breed, atypical colors are common since there is no breed standard. It's not a genetic goof, just genetics at work.

A poodle mixed with schnauzer can end up looking many different ways. Since it is a combination of two different breeds you will never be able to predict the way the dog will look. Some look very poodle, some look very schnauzer and some look like a mixture of the two. The color of your dog's nose is just the color of your dog's nose. Since there is no standard set for a "schnoodle" they can be any color, and have any color nose. Schnauzers should have black noses and most of the poodle colors should also have black noses.

Honestly, I didn't see anything wrong with your nose, it fits your face just fine. Just know that nose jobs can change a persons face dramatically sometimes. And if anything, the only reason why you might think you have a larger nose than normal is because it only appears that way because your chin is a little small. But don't add that as another problem.

There is no genetic standard on this designer mix. This is one problem with these planned mixed breedings. You never truly know what you may end up with. If the lineage continues for several generations and is carefully traced you have a better chance at knowing what the litters may produce.

She sounds really unique looking. It's not a goof as there is no standard for mixed breed dogs, thats just what lined up for her.
Many "designer" dogs don't come out exactly as planned. Most puggles have smooth coats but every once in awhile one will come out with a rough coat (there is one at our dog park like that).
So enjoy the uniqueness of her, i think the yellow eyes are really neat sounding.

Well... NO between the schnauser and the poodle the parents shared caracteristics to pass on the they offspring... the parents each probably had some of the genes then passed them on to her...

Mix breeds can be any color, any type of hair, a whole lot of differences. It's not a genetic goof, as genetics really don't come into play when it's a combination of breeds.

A so-called "schnoodle" is a mutt: a cross between a schnauzer and a poodle. There is nothing about a mutt that is genetically predicable.

She is a mixed breed dog, there is no way to know what she might look like or be like. Yellow eyes I would think is a characteristic that neither breed would want to see.
