Dire. We are headed for Armageddon. Jesus Christ is coming soon to fight and win the battle of Armageddon and he will be judging men for their sin. The blood will be as high as the horses bridle, and only those who love Jesus and hope in his coming will be spared in this last battle of all battles on earth. Then yes, when Jesus sits on his throne in Jerusalem, there will be peace and harmony . We are unable to achieve peace and harmony without Jesus. Repent and come to Christ all ye sinners , time is short. Come to Christ!!!

I honestly don't think the world will ever become completely "peaceful and harmonious". That actually sounds too idealistic, if not rather boring. That doesn't mean I disregard self-responsibility though, or think that we shouldn't care how things are left for future generations.
As for the condition of the world today, I don't see it as being any better or worse than it was 100 years ago. EVERY generation says "Oh the world is horrible these days! The children are disobedient. The music is horrible. People don't care for one another. There's so much crime. It wasn't like this when I was a kid!"
You can even find quotes of Socrates saying this in ancient Greece. Obviously this isn't true, or otherwise we'd have been living in a utopia just a few centuries ago. It's much more of a subjective illusion that comes with getting old and seeing cultures inevitably change around you.

The condition of the world is no different now than it has been in the past except for a change in the technology. I see us finally waking up from the desperate myth of religion and becoming a fully grown up society. 2008 will be no different from any other year. When we get rid of religion, or at least realize that religion is a personal matter and nothing more, is when mankind will finally be able to stop killing each other off.

I think a Dem will be elected. What does that mean? The war in Iraq will end but the terrorism here will begin to mount because that same Dem is going to open up our borders and or loosen them enough that we have sanctuary cities so that terrorists can live among the illegals without being 'reported' as suspicious because no one wants to draw attention to themselves. Add to that a noble but mostly likely doomed-to-fail diplomatic policy with outside countries, our sinking dollar, growing debt and increased social violence amongst children and I'd say we are ready good and ready for God's Return.

It never did. it never will.
History just keeps repeating itself. Only it comes in a different package, under different names, but it is the same old thing. Heal! Peace and harmony! that is subject to each one own translation.
Name anytime in history were we ever had the magic of peace and harmony! The history books must have forgotten to include them.
I don't know what will happen tomorrow, only hope for the best, and try my best to make it better.

The world is getting more evil. The church keeps the anti-christ from appearing. when the rapture occurs, this will allow the anti-christ to rule with evil. Then the 7 year tribulation will occur, Then Jesus will return in His new body and rule the world for 1000 years. then judgment day will arrive and the world will be destroyed and a new world will begin.

The Future?
1. more UFO sightings
2. national I.D. Card (leading up to One World Government--might be tied into Drivers License)
3.attacks on HomeLand
4.RFID's (probably after I.D. Card--or in the card)
5.RFID's in the person
all of these will Lead up to One World Government
(But, what do I know! I AM just a Human Bean! ;)

The world is run by greed nowdays. And it is getting worse. From the oil companies, lawyers, doctors, fast food companies, ect. They have all lost their integrity. And the leaders of other countries are just as bad. They poision their ex-citizens with radiation. They teach children to strap bombs on themselves and blow themselves and others up. They want nuclear weapons and for what reason. To blow up cities. We are headed for really bad times.

There has been a war going on somewhere, every day of my life, and yours.
I expect more of the same, just in different presentations.
Perhaps the fall of the USA if Dim George decides to attack Iran as a last effort to save his party.
