There is deffinately hypocrites among Christians for we are human still and can not be perfect. All fall short of the Glory of God , both alike, Because of our inability to be a without sin opens us up to this negative label. I struggle against my sin of what I see in me and of what i do not yet comprehend.
Okay to my point, I have heard people calling Christians intollerant ( and SOME are no doubt) Are these the same people that correct everyone for things, like for example," In-Correct spelling or the lack of use of the spell checker button.
Mocking and ridiculing others for their belief yet cry when some over zealous short sighted believer does it to them.
Can these intollerant people complain without being also a hypocrite.
Seriously, if this cenario is not you then would you want to be catagorised with the extremists, nut farm inductees.
Does this make them intollerant. Can this intollerant person really call someone else intollerant without also being a hyporcite.

Thanks BLESSED, I am angry at all, quite the opposite, just making people think about how they respond to others and the hate and intolerance they spread if they were not aware of it.

Hypocrisy and intolerance (note spelling--lol) are two very different questions.
Hypocrisy these days is one of the great crimes of our time. If a Christian fails to live up to the ideals of his or her religious beliefs, does that make that Christian a hypocrite or someone who should abandon his or her beliefs? Circumstances dictate the nature of the answer, but in general I would say no.
Intolerance must be addressed differently. No, of course not all Christians are intolerant. Some are the very example of tolerance, in fact. But that said, the nature of Christian belief and practice loans itself very well to intolerant behavior. Given the history of Christianity with other religions and in the relations between various factions of Christians, I don't think it goes too far to suggest that Christianity is in fact at heart an intolerant religion.
As for an intolerant person accusing someone of being intolerant: yes, I would say that would be hypocritical. But that doesn't make it untrue.
Cheers.

At some point we are all hypocritical. I'm not sure me being intolerant is hypocritical. Christians are often espousing how tolerant they are, and that is the teaching of their church, the turn the other cheek thing. I have no such teaching or doctrine.
I also agree with the other answer, poor spelling and grammar are just lazy. If you want to be taken seriously, read your question and make corrections.
edit:
You are wrong about the spell checker. Click on the body of the text and it will spell check that part too.

You are missing the point.
Many people do not feel that God is there.
So, they make fun of or demean Christians
for their belief.
There are only 2 kinds of people in the world, the saved and the unsaved.
The unsaved are full of sin and are going to
burn for eternity because of their unbelief in Jesus Christ, the redeemer of us all.
They are under the devil`s guidance and do
not know the true meaning of life. They nit-pic their way through any serious talk about
God or religion.
The saved are sinners just like the unsaved
but with one difference, they will be in heaven when they die because of their belief in what Jesus did for them.
So just pray for those intollerant people that make you mad.

Hear, hear! Preach on! We are ALL intolerant on one level or another. Sometimes it is a good thing. We are intolerant of murder, pedophilia, theft, lying, etc. All of us have certain things that we will not tolerate so none of us should be able to label anyone else as intolerant without being a hypocrite. Also, we need to learn that being intolerant and disagreeing with something are two VERY different things. I may disagree with your religion, but that does not make me intolerant. I am not trying to stop you from having your religion or the freedom to practice it, I simply disagree with it. I may disagree with your lifestyle, but that does not make me intolerant. I do not try to stop you from living out your chosen lifestyle or your right to live life any way you may choose. Voicing an opinion does not equal intolerance. Intolerance is when you actively seek out to try and stop a person or group from living the life that they desire to live.

Yes. Bad behavior is bad behavior, and we shouldn't be afraid of calling it out when it happens. However, we also need to be careful what we call "intolerant." expressing the opinion that homosexuality is against God is not being intolerant...it's a tenet of many people's faith. I may vehemently disagree with it, but I shouldn't call someone intolerant just for having that view. How they express and act upon that view shows whether they are intolerant or not.

Hey, if my spelling is bad, I want people to correct it, perhaps I won't make the same error later.
I don't run spell check. I assume my spelling is correct otherwise I would spell a different word instead.
Of course, I don't believe that correcting someone's spelling should be considered an intolerance. Most likely, they can't attack your logic so they stoop to attack your spelling.
I am intolerant of intolerant Christians (not all Christians, just the intolerant ones), does that make me a hypocrite?
Maybe so, who cares?

In real life, I'm very tolerant. On Y!A I'm rude and obnoxious, part of the time anyway. Being smarmy while criticizing people for intolerance isn't hypocritical. If I was being hypocritical, I'd criticize people for being obnoxious. Big difference.

I understand how you feel.
It's hard being a true Christian. We do our best to follow Jesus as our model and pray to Jehovah through Jesus Christ for strength to endure.
Look at what we are up against.
Satan and his Demons and a world that is alienated from God. People who would rather not believe just so they can do their own selfish thing.
When someone ask me if I'm a Christian I humbly respond, "Yes, I'm trying to be. It's hard."
Jesus said the world would hate us. Jesus said if they hated him they would hate us because we are not greater than our master.
Some people can be out right cold to people who are really sincerely trying to help them. But God sees all things and knows we are doing our best to lead others to Him and his Son Jesus Christ.
This scripture will give you alot of comfort.
Rom 12:12 Rejoice in the hope. Endure under tribulation. Persevere in prayer.
Agape.
