OMG EXACT same problem in high school. Except I was a 36D.
You just have to get over the fact that people are going to look. Just appreciate that people find you attractive. You can find ways to make them feel uncomfortable for staring or you can joke to shrug it off.
ie if you're talking to a guy and he's angled a little more downward towards your boobs or his eyes are drifting down, you can say "take a picture it'll last longer" or something similar..."you're mom's got them too why don't you stare at those when you get home?"..."i don't stare at your package all day, why do you have to stare at mine?" ..."I know it's confusing because they're about the same size, but my head is up here, not down here"
If you make them feel uncomfortable for doing it, they'll stop.

Patrik Stefan was the number one overall pick in 1999. Let's take a poll : Does anyone know who Patrik Stefan is? This question is relevant to my Henrik Zetterberg for Hart trophy argument. You're telling me that Henrik Zetterberg doesn't deserve MVP nomination more than say, Lecavelier or Crosby? If Patrik Stefan was drafted in the seventh round, like Zetterberg was, nobody wouldv'e had the expectations for him, therefore he would not be a bust of a #1 overall draft pick.

If you're serious about wanting them to look you in the eye, this is what my sister and I used to do -- we had the same problem. Put your right hand in front of you, right in the middle. Point your index finger toward your face and raise your arm until your hand is right below your chin.
10th grade? What is that, maybe 16? Dress appropriately, not trampy. Don't get a reputation you can't lose later.

Hey, I doesn't matter. Guys will want to be your boyfriend and everything but if any of them ask you out you can just say no. The guys will eventually give up and leave you alone if you show no interest in any of them. One day you will meet someone that loves you for who you are not for what you look like.

that's hard to answer! :-S It's hard because of guys twisted thinking. Ummmm....if you catch them looking at your chest, try to get your eyes in direct contact with them so maybe you can then give them a hint at not looking at them. Or maybe put your hands over you chest to give emphasis on what your talking about. (like, put on hand on your chest or both hands.) Hope i helped! good luck! ♥

I usta have the same problem... get rude. Be a *****. Its either gonna make them leave you alone or make them chase you more cause your "feisty" but eventually they give up and go to someone they know will give it up. Its worth trying.

I dunno why I am commenting here but...you seem to be doing the right things. Ignore the guys who won't look you in the eye when they speak to you, and if possible wear loose-fitting clothes. And stay the course...you are doing the right thing in ignoring the guys who only want to look at your bust. D

1] wear a minimizer bra
2] wear layers - a twin set, or jacket over a blouse. Be sure to wear correct size - not too tight or too baggy.
Boys do get more discreet as they mature [ assuming that they do ], and men are not as obvious when you get older.
