I'm 36 year old male and still live with my mother (in her basement) And im single, dont work (at the momment) I consider my self a "Swinging sexy bachlor" (for the Lady's). But my question is what do the Lady's love about guys that live with there mothers at this age? When i tell women i still live with my mom, they think im tottal bad @$$? Why is this? What do women love about a guy that lives with his mother?

Uh nothing. I think you're only talking to the desperate and very disoriented women...
If a guy still lives at home over 23 I think that's pushing it... Get a job and quit living off your mother and then maybe you can have a title like "Swinging Sexy Bachelor" although by the sounds of it that would be a stretch..

Hmmm... My only thoughts are that some find it sweet that you are helping your Mom out like that... find it nurturing. Or, they are the girls who do the math in their head & think you will have more money to spend on them since you are saving dough on rent & utilities. Maybe some are excited that they don't have deal with the mess that most bachelor pads are because your Mom will deal with the underwear pile in the bathroom? Seriously, I don't know why it would be a check in the sexy category. Unless these ladies think the idea of making out under Mom's roof will take them back to their high school days when you had to be sneaky and quiet & had the danger of getting caught... maybe that is a little sexy for awhile, but I am sure once the thrill is gone she will be too if your long term plan is to live in your Mom's basement with the goal of being a sexy swinging bachelor.
Personally, I would only find it endearing if you were helping your mom out, or you were saving money for your own house & this is just makes good sense while you are your mom are single... why pay 2 mortgages if you don't need to?

It's amazing that in all human life, there will always be someone who falls for you, and that can be because you live with your Mum, you're a pop star or you're a mass-murderer. You've just been lucky.
To improve your chances, however, move out, get a job and be independent. You pulling power will go up like a rocket, as will your self esteem. The downside is that no-one else may consider you to be a swinging sexy bachelor, but I'd say it's worth the risk.

I have to say as a lady of about your age that if i was told this it would ring bells. To me it means that anything we do or decide on will have yours mothers influence over and that if we go somewhere and you are back late she may judge ect and basically I/we are too old to go thorugh all that stuff at our ages.
I think if you can, you move out and gain some independance and them the women will be more interested in you....

I've never heard of girls liking that before. I guess because most guys who are 36 and still living at home are total losers. The reason they're at home is because they're mamma's boys, or completely dependent on others, or have no direction in life, or any of that stuff. But you consider yourself a "swinging bachelor" so I'm guessing you've got a lot of confidence and know who you are and stuff. And girls like confidence. I think girls like you for you, and the fact that you still live with your mom surprises them.. maybe they think its cute or something?

No offense, but what type of women are you dating. I couldn't really answer this question as I think I'd be put off to find someone still lives at home. Maybe it's the reason why you're living at home.
