People do not want minors to drink........ that's why there are laws against it.
Its not the end of the world. If you have a clean record, you will be offered a pre-trial intervention / diversion program.
Once completed it will all come off your record.
Learn from your mistake and don't do it again.

it is illegal yeah, then why are high schoolers known for partying. it is wrong but every one has done it. i mean even teachers talk about gettin drunk in high school. just be safe and have a responsible adult around if your going to drink.
