what do you think is the best shampoo & conditioner
i have used pantene tresseme, garnier, but my hair always turns out puffy and frizzy also dry really really dry
is hand n shoulders good or there something else to fix my problems

Joico K-Pak conditioner is the best for dry hair. It can be used every day or as a deep conditioning mask.
I like Head & Shoulder shampoo - the one for sensitive scalps.

Try pantene EPRESSIONS. I had the same problems, but then my hair became really soft and cooperated really well.

i love anything by TIGI it smells delicious and is AMAZINGGGG! my hair used to be all frizzy and i couldnt doanything with it. now i use their shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair. my hair is SO much better now, im sure it would work for you ;)

bed head makes a shampoo and conditioner called dumb blond..it works really well and will really moisturize your hair!
