Not older or an expert. But I have watched a few specials on this and they have said that as you get older at least for women we are more apt to know what pleases us more and ask for it in a better way than when we are younger. As for it being something that is seen as a selfish act, I wouldn't think so. I mean if everyone were able to communicate what pleases them better, I think it would help their partner more to learn that way, than to be ashamed and not ask their partner to change their touch or pressure a bit when pleasing them. So the bottomline of it all, I don't think as we get older we are out for our own satisfaction in a selfish way. We are just out to find better ways to achieve that satisfaction with our partners. And the key to it all is communication.
