hug him close , show some cleavage , flash him a little panty shot, unbutton his pants talk little dirty things to him. if these things don't do it it's time to find someone else.
It has been awhile since I was a teenager but these things still work for me.

If he is a teenager, he already is...but you really should be trying to wait until you are older. Teen pregnancy is not a fun thing.
