I have never had a cavity and my dentist said I had a pit today. I brush at least twice a day, what else can I do to prevent a cavity or is it too late already?

Just make sure you brush the biting surface of your teeth real good and floss everyday and the pit should stay small. Also rinse with ACT rinse everyday.
