Hi, i received a Happy Halloween txt yesterday from a guy I went on 2nd date with, but i didn't respond to it b/c i wanted to play hard to get. So, now I have decided to respond to it. What should I say to him? it's obviously past halloween. or should i leave a msg on his facebook, saying "thx...i got ur txt" ??

playing hard to get is stupid. be yourself, be happy, be someone who's fun to be around. you could send an ambiguous, simple ":)" back to him, or just a "thx :)"
"thx...i got ur txt" makes you seem very detached (if you still want to play hard to get- that's the way to go but it might make him feel unwanted or unappreciated)
if he's sending you happy halloween txts and you like him, you should've txted him yesterday! ask him out on a 3rd date!

Its having to play games like this that make a though thing so much harder. Right?
Ok so its obvious that you got the message so just send him a whats up through whatever way you want. You chose to ignore the message and I would say go with that. It happened, you got it and if it comes up you were busy and your phone was somewhere else (in purse, away because you didn't have pockets in your costume).

Respond and say your phone was dead, or you left it at a friend's house or something.
