and another thing, other than winning because they are expensive, which gloves protect your hands the most?

12 oz. is just fine on the heavy bag. As for the brand, Everlast or Twins are less expensive.

Everlast, been using Everlast for the last 2 years, its all on preference for what size you use. If you want some resoults get some weighted gloves, they work your shoulders more and you get speed and power up faster.
