Some people have said you find love when you aren't looking for it. That people who are always looking for love need to let things just take their course.

Great point. I would say I am a believer of destiny. If things are meant to happen, they will happen. But remember, it all depends on the choices you make. The road you wind up taking depends on how well you plan out your trip.

I've heard that, and it's true to the extent that "a watched pot never boils". You can get so impatient that it drives you crazy because nothing seems to be happening. But I'm also a fan of the saying that "what you're looking at determines what you see..." I mean, when I'm looking for my carkeys damn finding a ballpoint pen! I look for my keys until I find them, then I go on about my business. I've stumbled onto things I mistook for love when I wasn't too specific in my intention, and I haven't been happy with the results. On the other hand, when I had a clear idea of what represented love to me, I recognized it immediately when I found it....because I was looking for it. So, whether this is true or not depends upon your point of view.

I love this kind of topic because I met my girlfriend at a party and we were all friends with the same people pretty much but I never talked to her. We just never got the chance, I mean we had a class or two together in like sophomore year but now as seniors we're going out. And at the party I wasn't even looking to meet anyone, I was just going to get bombed since it was the last weekend of school.
And the reason why I sat next to my future girlfriend is funny..Haha, we were having a shed party and she was the closest girl to the beer so I happened to start talking to her.
but its really weird because we're good for each other
