The U.S. Census Bureau states that the states with the highest rate of conservative Christians also have the highest rates of rates of divorce, the highest teen pregnancy rates and the highest obesity levels. Why do you think that is?

and highest crime rates, less educated, double the amount of cigarette smokers, shorter life spans, etc.

Since 71% of Americans consider themselves to be Christians these numbers really just seem to reflect society as a whole.

Correlation does not equal causation.

However, this does say to me that Conservative Christians need to clean up their own back yards before they go after the homosexuals and pagans.

there are many Christian's believing in the "once saved, always saved" or that we are living in a "grace" period, believing that no mater what they do, they will go to heaven any way...so :

its better to burn out then to fade away, at least you´ll be remembered ;)
