No, it is illegal to even have perscription medicine that is not perscribed to you personally by your Dr. You may want to ask your local pharmacists if there is an over the counter med that can help your cold sore. I am pretty sure you can get something OTC to help out with that. Are you sure it's a cold sore? Good luck!
