Excessive thirst is a sign of Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) deficiency ................... eat more foods rich in this vitamin ie: Wheat Bran, liver, fish, soy beans, cantaloupe, rockmelon, cabbage, blackstrap molasses, unmilled rice, eggs, oats, peanuts and walnuts.
Also, go get yourself a good quality multi B complex supplement including all the B's as they work best together ie: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12.
Antidepressants, eating too much tinned foods and drinking too much alcohol can all cause vitamin B complex depletion . Particularly tricyclic antidepressants............. soooooo pump up on those vitamin B tablets.
The B complex of vitamins is a water soluble group and as such our bodies can neither store or produce them and we need to ingest them on a daily basis ........... you can't take too many B vitamin tablets as our bodies will simply use what they need and excrete the excess.
GOOD LUCK BUDDY

Try eating some chips (it will help your body hang on to a little of that milk). If you're still thirsty tomorrow, I want you to lick your arm. Yes, lick your arm. If it tastes salty, go see the dr. You may have diabetes.
Milk is okay to drink for a 13 year old, so long as it's 2%, 1% or skim. Otherwise, you're loading up on fat.
Take care young'un,

Has noone ever told you...Milk && Milkshakes make you more thirsty 8-)
Espescially milkshakes....
Drink more water, fruit juices?, etc
These help to keep you healthy and stop you from drinking lots...water also helps to keep the skin clear from spots if you have problems with them?
Drink milk occasionally because it is good for growth!

Water, Gatorade, or pedalite would be much better for dehydration. Some illnesses such as diabetes can cause thirstiness too. You might want to mention it to your parents.

You need something with electrolytes if you are dehydrated, milk won't do the trick. Try Gatorade or Vitamin Water, or even just plain old water

maybe you have eaten lots of salt today that usually dehydrates you. drink as much water as you like because after a while you'll get bloated anyway. if the problem continues consult your doctor.

Water would be better than milk. If your thirstiness persists see your doctor.
