Risk asking, or answering, any question in that section and they seem to be ready, waiting for everybody with their fanatically pro, or anti, thumbs!

OK googlypants, i always just thought we give a thumbs up if we agreed with someones answer and i barely give the thumbs down if someone is really ignorant to either the person (especially one of my friends) asking the question, or a bad comment about someone Else's answer (i mean were all on here (i thought) to give our honest opinion on subjects, but from personal experience ive pretty much learned to stay away from any religious questions! ive literally had threatening e-mails! do we even get points if we get thumbs up? and vise versa,,,,oh and im with donna f----i got reported for calling this idiot guy a jackass the other day, can you believe that,,,and his question was completely vulgar so i called him a jackass and i got a stern warning?????

Funny how this is the section that this kind of behaviour seems to be normal. If you dare to venture in to the real science questions, the only time people will receive a thumbs down is if the details they have provided are unequivocally wrong. Other than that, people are respected for their opinions, which after all, this whole forum is based on

I was disturbed from the beginning, and now I know I shall get hate responses' but I have got used to it, and now I get violation notices from other sites, for the most smallest of humorous answers, [stalking]

Sorry but I don't see how something on the computer screen can scare you. It can't jump our and bite you can it? Anyway now you mention it I had not even noticed the thumbs before what are they for

All the thumbs are is a way to express how you feel about other people's viewpoint and most people have strong religious and moral views and are therefore quick to support or disagree with other people's views. It's just one way to voice an opinion.
