Here is my view...
No-one has any proof of a god (fact)
There may be some supernatural force acting on the universe(my opinion)
But what I don't get is how people are so arrogant to truly believe that their guess on religion is correct, and refuse to accept that others may be true???!!!
Opinions anyone?

Erm it seemed some of you misunderstood what i was saying. I'm not an atheist, but I don't believe I know what's really out there.

To "problem" - I haven't even stated my view of the universe, let alone said it was correct.

To "shuvelhead" - if there is no proof of something, it doesn't mean that it is non-existant.

To "kw46mist..." - why would the Bible be true? Did the people who wrote that interview God, or did I miss something?

To "kkr4evr" - I totally agree with you.

Hope that cleared some things up.

How can you say no-one has proof if you haven't met all people in this planet?

It is a guess or believe when it is based in Ignorance or in what a book or someone say... We can truly know God when He manifest to us, not otherwise.

You are getting the first star for a question that i have ever given.

Personally, I am a Pagan and believe in several Gods. There is no proof for them and I cannot tell you why I believe in them, it just "feels" right.

You are getting a Star for asking a brave question on here. I can see already that most are not interested in answering your question, but only in telling you that they are right.

I think that belief is a feeling, and I am not worried about the "truth" as I feel that the "truth" that any deity may come up with -if such a being exists- is more than I could cope with

Edit:

Interesting to note, that the only people answering your question wha have an ANSWER are the Christians

I agree with you. It is true there is no proof at all that God exists. I myself am against all religion. I believe it causes all of the wars and problems in the world, and I stay out of it. People who are religious have often said to me that they cannot except me because I am an Athiest, but if that is so why do they preach about god will to mankind etc. I have my opinion on religion but when some people who are religious hear it they instanting start judging and trying to convert me. I wish people would leave each other alone and accept each other for who they are and respect each others beliefs. I have found religious people are the friendliest and happiest people I have ever met. I hope this helps

You may not believe in God. I do! No one has any proof of God not existing (FACT) Everyone is entitled to their opinions! Aren't you doing exactly what you are accusing others of doing? Aren't you being arrogant to say you have the only correct view of the universe, and that there can be no God?

Start reading the Bible. Do what the Bible says. Then, at the end of each day make a journal of special things that start happening in your life. You will start seeing wonderful things in your life but....you must believe in God for this to happen. Hey, a little work on your part will give you all your answers.

Better question....How can people not believe in God?

How can anyone look at the miracles in this world and not see his touch in every creation?

How can you look at the orbit of planets and comets and asteroids and think that their un-altering course just happened by chance?

how can you watch Samon leave the vast ocean and swim up stream to return to the exact spot they were spawned and think it's coincedence?

How can you look at a flower, tree, spiders web, bird in flight, or any other thing in nature and believe that they are here because a couple of electrons rubbed eachother the wrong way 5 gazillion years ago?

how can you look at a baby and not see the perfection of heavenly planning in every tiny cell? In the way a mother's body prepares for that new life and provides a way to sustain and feed it after birth.

how can you NOT believe in God and his marvelous presence in our lives?

How can you say there is no proof of his existence when every molocule of this universe testifies to it?

Why...can't we? You don't alway need visual proof for everything you know......God does exist..and do you think he would let sillly scientists and atehiests discover visual proof of him?...obviously he is so powerfull so what are we compared to him? If you ask me WE (all the belivers in god in any religioin ) are PROOF! Isn't that enough for you?..that each unique individual belives fully in their heart that God truly exists?..Were not all stupid you know...there are so many people out there who are exceptionaly bright people but still belive in the existence of God. For instance we cannot see 'air' but we can feel its presence we can see it acting on various objects. In the same way we may not see God but we FEEL his presence, we know he exists, he comes to us in various ways and we know that behind a complex universe there has to be an even complex creater .

You're view is a valid one. Born again Christians however will probably disagree there is no proof God exists. I myself have all the proof i need - when God touches you're life (heart) you will know without a shadow of doubt you have met with the one and only true and *living* God.
I've been on both sides of the fence as they say - and know that i know that i know - and pray you will know for yourself one day.

I agree that we can all be wrong., and there's no excuse for arrogance. However, have you read any books where religions are compared in various areas of their faiths? - Or how does belief in God fit in with science. One book, in which the author agrees that his beliefs cannot be proved, but which gives the maximum credibility to Christianity, is "Does God Exist. - Science says 'Yes".

You say you do not get how people are so arrogant as to believe that their guess on religion is correct.
Did it ever occur to you that YOU are arrogant toeven ask how anyone can truly believ in God?
You assume you are right...that's pretty arrogant.

It looks to me as if you are refusing to accept that we may be right. Yet you accuse us of refusing to accept others' beliefs.
Seems hypocritical to me...JMO.

No, I do not have concrete proof. Neither do you.
