I'm no expert but I do take my health seriously, I work out 5 days a week and I'v just started training in MMA and I take my diet seriously, to answer your question (in my opinion)
No... aswell as vitamins fruit and vegetables contain various types of fibre and also anti-oxidants which are quite important, the vitamins found in nartural sources have also been proven to be more readily absorbed by the body, and for every peice of fruit you eat there is less room in your stomach for garbage!
Just try to eat as much fruit and veg every day as you possibly can, its not always easy if your busy but if your trying it has to be better than living off fried chicken, take your vitamins too, preferably one that has 100% RDA of everything they will cover any weak areas in your diet, just remember that its merely a supplement and not intended as a replacement for good wholesome food.

No - you don't get the protien, carbs and fibre required to have a balanced diet and good health. Vitamin tablets are ok in the short term if you have a deficiency but it is much better to have a wide variety of fruits and vegetables

Of course not.
you get much more than just one/two vitamins from anything you eat.
Apart from filling you up fruit & veg help your body cope with & overcome lots of things.
Vitamin tablets are never a replacement fro this. They should be used as a top up only.

No, even with vitamins there are alot of things in fruit that you can't get in a tablet. Science still can't beat mother nature on this one.
