I'm not talking about myself for the record. I know someone who got another girl pregnant on a randomn hook up. Girl is keeping baby. The girl is staying with the boyfriend because they've been together for 3 years and she loves him and she knows he loves her and was just one night.

I don't plan on getting involved.
Boyfriend has history of cheating but makes good money so gf stays plus she's in love.
I meant what would You do as the gf. But a guys perspective would be interesting

If you mean what would I do if I were the bf, or what would a female respondent do if she were the gf, it really doesn't matter what we would do. It's up to the two of them to decide.
(besides, our own answers would depend on knowing so much more than what you have said.)
