Dentistry has improved a lot over the years and Dental Technicians are trained to a very high standard, hence many thousands of people all over the world wearing Dentures and nobody ever noticing the difference!
Who ever told you that having your 2 wonderful children is to blame for your tooth loss is either clinically insane or just a total knob, it's tooth decay and not pregnancy that cause tooth loss!
It's not just tooth decay that can result in the loss of your teeth, if you have a chronic gum disease, this will lead to bone loss and will eventually lead to the tooth becoming loose in it's socket and needing to be removed.
Keep up with your oral health routine and dont be afraid to ask your dentist for some good advice for keeping decay at bay.
As for the dentures dont worry, i've been a registered dental nurse for more years than i can remember and i've seen many patients whose dentures are so well made you'd never know they were false.
Hope this has been of some help and good luck!

Back teeth are usually not noticable. I have heard of women going bald and loosing teeth because of pregnancies. Keep up with your routine.

take calcium/magnesium/zinc supplements - brush twice a day and gargle with Listerine twice a day - learn proper brushing techniques.
if you have someone who knows what they are doing when they make your bridge - it should look natural - keep the teeth you have - do not pull them all - restorative work is pricey but worth it.

Carol, I so feel for you - I've just had to have some at the front, but although they take some getting used to, other people really don't notice. Persevere - and good luck

SORRY CAROL, THIS IS NOT TRUE.HAVING CHILDREN WILL NOT CAUSE YOU TO LOSE YOUR TEETH. NO LIVING DENTIST OR SOMEONE THAT UNDERSTANDS PATHOLOGY AND ANATOMY WOULD SAY SUCH A THING.
PARTIAL DENTURES FOR BACK TEETH ARE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO DETECT, ESPECIALLY IF THESE ARE RESIN BASED LIKE "THERMOPLASTIC" THAT ARE METAL-FREE.
