Many sandwich fillings are nutritious and filling. The humble egg, hardboiled and chopped mixed with tomato, rocket, or other salad vegetables, served in granary bread provides a decent portion of protein, fibre, carbs and a small amount of vitamins. Lean chicken, tuna, turkey are all good sources of protein. Vegans can use hummous, roasted vegetables, beans tapenade etc. Low fat cheese is a good source of calcium. There are many varieties of bread products - rolls, wraps, pitta - so your sandwich should never be dull. Making your own is a much better option as you can control levels of fat and salt, unlike in shop bought versions which can be full of additives, flavourings and preservatives.

Yes.
Many sandwhiches are filling and nutrisious. But they do take about 5-10 minutes to make but can be pre-made bought at your local grocery store.
Make sure its a Deli Bun/ thick bread.
With lettuse, Tomatoe, cheese, "A optional sandwich sause (manazise, mustard, butter, etc..) Meat, and etc..
I say this because all of these things have carbs which make you full. So these would be perfect and you could work this off through-out the day but i would not reccomend you having that all the time- everyday because thats a little creepy. (no offence)
But i do hope this helps for other sandwhich ideas maybe look at the cooking channel network on T.V or look it up on the internet i hope this helps.

you need to make time. Spacing out your meals, and eating several smaller meals is much better for your metabolism that eating 1 or 2 large meals. That said - start with whole grain bread, sprouts, bell pepper, carrot shavings, spinach leaves, tomato, lean turkey or chicken slices, and cheese, use hummus instead of mayo, and mustard for a flavorful, healthy, and nutritious sandwich.

Use whole grain bread and don't skimp on the filling. Tuna fish made with low fat mayo, sliced turkey, sliced lean roast beef, sliced ham. Whatever.
Put on any toppings will make you enjoy the sandwich. If you want wet things like pickles and tomatoes, consider wrapping them seperately and adding them when you're ready to eat.
In addition, throw some baby carrots in a ziplock to munch on.

Of course! My favorite sandwich has lots and lots of veggies on it. Whole wheat whole grain bread, lean luncheon meat, cheese of some sort (my fav is swiss). Field green lettuce or better yet raw spinach, tomatoes, red onion, mushrooms, cucumbers, bell pepper slices. You can put mustard, mayo, oil & vinegar if you like. This would be a complete meal from all 4 food groups.

Always choose whole grain bread - first rule of thumb.
here is some ideas:
Breakfast: good ol' PB & J (suger free) - whole grains, protiens and fruit
Lunch: Turkey and swiss with green leaf lettuce and mustard on whole grains.
Dinner: try a hot sandwich like a pannini and a salad.

Ham sandwich on wheat with cranberry jelly and tomatoes. Sounds gross, but it's really good. The cranberries are pretty healthy for you. Add some cheese and you've got dairy, too.
