I am not talking about it being healthy or not.. But is it possible to lose that much? I know that people with good heart will ask me not to lose that much bcuz its not very healthy, but i just want to know if its possible.. Trust me i eat rlly healthy and workout, but i just want to try and challenge myself to lose last 30pounds!! Thanks guys.. i rlly need ur expertise

Don't diet. Dieting is just a temporary fix. Once people lose the weight they make the mistake of eating like they did before and the weight comes back on. You need to make lifestyle changes. Try to cut out as much junk as you can. Eat only whole grain breads and pastas, fresh fruit, fresh or frozen veggies. Reward yourself for every 10 pounds you lose. Get a favorite food that is usually a no-no and have a small amount.

I use to be in the boat as you and it was so hard, especially when I can't change to the HEALTHY lifestyle or have time to exercise. Because everyone has different lifestyles. I have your solution , email me. I promise you will lose it. Healthy and working out doesn't always help because many people fall off that boat too.

eat more nuts and berries and lay off the calories, but dont worry about fat as much- IT WORKS!

Drink plenty of milk and make sure that you remember that you are on a diet!
