I am bilingual and would love to study another language so I can be trilingual. I am almost 20 years old, so I am wondering if I still have time to become fluent in another language?

Considering that you are already bilingual I don't think it's too late. Being bilingual your mind is more flexible than that of somebody who is only monolingual.
It is a common misconception that once you are older than 15 or so you are no longer able to learn to speak a language fluently, but in fact with practice and motivation you can become as fluent as somebody who started earlier, above all if you start from a bilingual basis and if you are willing to spend some time in areas where the target language is the native one.

It's never too late to learn and become fluent in a foreign language.

As long as you put your mind to it, you can do it

Good luck, I experienced it first hand, so I know how it feels in the beginning. Plus, you already have experience learning a new language. So reflect back on your experience and follow the steps you took.

You are really young like Rock Bottom said. You have plenty of time to learn a new language.

It's never too late. Not too long ago I had a 72-year-old woman in my beginning level English class and she was one of the best students. Learn away!

Languages acquisition depends on facts like enviroment, personal interest or commitmend. Age is not taken in account unless you are that old that you are not able to hear or talk.

Once you start feeling tiered to breath and speak, then it`s too late. But, until then.....FULL SPEED AHEAD, feel free to learn as many languages as you can think of....

No limits.
