We have been going strong for quite sometime now, and things have been going pretty good (regular dates, no fights, and plenty of smiles). However recently we both have been pretty stressed about different things in our lives. We are still together, but our attention was focused elsewhere for the moment. Now that things are kind of back to normal in terms of our daily lives, it seems that its a lot less give and take from her end. I am the one that makes the phone calls, and I am the one that schedules the dates. I don't want to confront her about it if I don't have to, but I don't want to break up with her either. We both believe that we are perfect for each other, and we have both decided on a commitment. But it is really irritating to feel like the only one to all the work. ANY ADVICE??

You should tell her how you feel. A one-sided relationship is not a relationship at all. It can seriously make one miserable if they have to do everything.
Just let her know what's up. If she's not cool with sharing the responsibilities, then maybe this is a sign that she's not as serious about the relationship as you are.
Good luck!

I have found that honesty and being up front is the best way to approach this. I may cause a fight, but then you can make up :)
