Nobody else can guide you better than your ophthalmologist. Don't try to make any improvisation with your eyes, remember you only have two. Follow his instructions and recommendations

After the slit in your cornea (required for most laser vision surgeries) has completely healed, and assuming that you are a candidate for contacts (not everyone can wear them), then there is no reason for you not to wear contacts, prescription or otherwise, colored or not (FYI: laser surgery may alter the shape of your cornea, and, thus, any contacts that you wore prior to the surgery, if such is the case with you, might not fit afterwards!).

Of course, your eye doctor has the final say about this!

The link, below, offers some Q&A about lasik surgery.

Yes you can wear colored contacts after surgery . Per the doc I work for now you need to wait at least 2 weeks after surgery. This is assuming you already know how to put in and take out contacts. And be sure to have clean hands of course since the flap is still healing.

depending on the condition of your cornea after the surgery...probably.

ask your comanaging optometrist this question, but probably 6-8 weeks out is a good conservative estimate
