Not the total solution, but we have to start somewhere, and this is a great start. However, the big trouble is with the employers, and #3 should impose large fines for those who do not follow this law.

Viva, Oklahoma. Oklahoma, OK! Yes, that is an excellent plan, and it should be used as a model for all states. Since the Feds are doing their job, in deporting the illegals, the states and the cities have to step up. there are 20 to 38 million illegal aliens in the USA, and the federal govt cannot do the job of ridding our country of this plague without the help of the states.
All state troopers should be trained in the 287g program. Section 287(g) Is the Right Answer for State and Local Immigration Enforcement

No...it is no longer a viable solution due to the fact that th sheer numbers of illegal Mexicans alone would be impossible to track, arrest and deport.
No....the governments (local and federal) have no real desire because they make so much money from illegals.
The breaking point is coming unfortunately when there will be a type of civil war right here in the USA...again. It will start at a few border crossings where the Mexican military is already aiding, abetting and blatantly coming into the country to help drug dealers.

In a word No.
The Immigration reform and control act of 1986 contains most of those provisions. Oklahomas law is in concert with Federal Law.
The solution lies in actually ENFORCING the law.

3) rigidity grasping American firms to renounce exploiting undesirable unlawful immigrants. you're kidding, precise? those are no longer undesirable, pathetic human beings in awe of the yankee way. they're stealing from us and you will greater perfect have faith they're conscious of it. they do no longer pay taxes, they get our advantages (which comprise welfare, foodstuff stamps and Medicaid), they stay 12 human beings in a 2 mattress room place of residing and that they save having further and extra little ones so as that they are in a place to stay here. You and something of usa are lie to by using the way those persons are portrayed in the media. I see them first-hand with my very own eyes daily. it fairly is not any longer what you think of it fairly is. They understand what they're doing is incorrect. it is not inadvertant or a pretend impact. they have not have been given any interest in utilizing for everlasting citizenship by way of fact they do no longer desire to BE everlasting voters. They stay here for 6 months or a year, save their TAX-unfastened funds (by using residing all cramped up in one place of residing) and then they return to their united states with all their TAX-unfastened funds. $7.00 an hour isn't a lot for say, you or I. besides the undeniable fact that it fairly is while it fairly is tax-unfastened and further to the weekly paychecks of 8 (or greater) different adults in one relatives who additionally pay no taxes. I see it everday. awaken. as far as a answer, stick to Tennessee's lead and purchase greater busses. in basic terms make it federal. additionally placed a non everlasting grab on handing out any better artwork visas untill the slate is sparkling and a clean digital equipment is more advantageous. And for god's sake, have english be discovered in the previous they arrive to this united states. It should not be our resposibility to instruct them what they could already understand coming to this united states.

It won't be the "solution" but if enforced it will sure help. The bigger question is:
Will it be enforced?
Sounds like a great start to handling the problem, too bad more states have not adopted such laws.

I think that is what is happening here in California but not sure. I don't think this will stop illegal immigration they'll just keep coming and work in jobs that cannot be traced like farming. Look the real problem is not illegal aliens, the problem is the foreign policies of the United States affecting those vulnerable in the Mexican economy. Globalization is taking away some Mexicans ability to make a living. Hint Chiapas. Instead of building walls we need to build bridges of communications and solve our border problems together. Better yet we need to educate ouselves and stop this racism by attacking a weaker group by demonizing and blaming our problems on them.

We already have the laws, that if enforced would not only end the invasion but would send them all back, the people who created the laws i.e. Senators and congress, don't have the desire to have them enforced.
