only be the seasoned athlete. unless you can make drastic changes to your daily diet and cook 90% of your food. it typically takes 3-4 weeks on a new diet and exercise program before there is measurable fat loss. weight lost during the first 2 weeks is typically 90% excess water.

if you find a way...plz tell me..cause i want to lose bout 30. although we know its not healthy to lose weight quickly, but anything is possible because i was watching fat camp that comes on TLC, and the ppl on there were losing weight extremely fast, but they were also very active everyday. they had strict schedules to go by that resulted in a weight loss. all you need is discipline when losing weight. good luck chicky :)

Are you nuts????

It is WHAT you put in your face that counts and not how much or how many times you put food in it.

Do it your way and you will FAIL.

Buy a book called A Body For Life by Bill Phillips and follow it and that WILL work.

Fasting is not an option.

It would be very difficult and not good on your body....but, is it physically possible? I would say probably. But, losing it healthy and wearing a good girdle (they can do wonders) is better in my opinion.
