I think Jesus was saying that every body was important to God and that our sins can be washed away if we believe. This was a Samaritan woman and an adultress. In Jesus's day Jews didn't speak to Samaritans and certainly not to a Samaritan women who was an adultress. Everyone has value with Jesus, this was a good lesson for the Apostles that were with him. I am sure they were shocked. Jesus came and died on the Cross so that we all might live and that we might live more abundantly. Women at that time were more property than anything else, but Jesus was showing that everyone is important to Jesus, God is no respector of persons.

The woman at the well was a samaritan ( who were of Jewish descent but were intermarried with gentiles) and in those days jews and samaritans didn't associate. So I think it shows just how compassionate Jesus is to minister to a woman that would have been considered unclean. Also thus furthering his ministry because she went and told the whole town.
The woman that had the issue of blood for 12 years is another example of Jesus's compassion, mercy and healing power. Again she would have been considered unclean and shouldn't have even been out in public according to Jewish customs of the time. But regardless of that she was desparate enough and had faith enough to believe that Jesus was truly a healer, to the point where she pressed through the crowd just to touch the hem of his garment. That's how much faith she had.
That's my own personal thought at least.

The woman at the well represented all Samaritans, who practiced a different, maligned form of Judaism. This gave Jesus an opportunity to critique the flaws in both faiths. He argued that Judaism was the straighter and more "correct" path, that Samaritans had trouble practicing monotheism ("You have had FIVE husbands."), but also that Judaism itself was too obsessed with geography and Temple rituals. ("A time will come when people worship neither on this mountain [Gerizim] nor in Jerusalem, but in spirit and in truth.") Jesus offered a new faith free of old cultural prejudices.

The bleeding woman interrupted Jesus on his way to curing someone else. Nevertheless, he stopped to minister to her first, despite her imposition. Jesus was modeling living in the present, responding to immediate needs rather than following a prescribed course. He also showed that it was literally her faith that made her well, not his voluntary action.

Another good story is Jesus' encounter with the Syro-Phoenecian woman. ("Even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master's table.") Jesus appeared to change his mind about gentiles, pointing out the power of faith to transcend all social boundaries.

Not sure what you're looking for with the two, but the woman at the well was a sinful woman that society shunned. She went to the well at the hottest part of the day when she figured no one would be there. She had an encounter with Jesus there and was forever changed.

The woman with the issue of blood was considered unclean by society. She was bold enough to risk certain punishment to get to Jesus and her boldness continued when she admitted she touched Him. Her faith and boldness were rewarded by instant healing.

If human beings could study and learn the Bible, they could discover out that females had many extra, and by extra, I mean like the above statements, areas of understanding, merely like men had and or have.... Ruth and others have been powerful females of God... Many are diffused , yet they're there, and to disclaim that's to disclaim what God has pronounced, accomplished or ordained in our lives and theirs.... yet, could I advise something right here ?? i would not sweat the small stuff, that's what reasons MANY untold issues in and with peoples faith.... in the event that they do no longer enable females preachers, so be it, what does it rely interior the long-term ?? Jesus talked to the woman and she knew that He was of God. She then went and gathered others to come listen. The woman that touched his hem. was healed by her faith. Both are rather like the "Gentiles", not the ones that the message was intended for but they benefited from their beliefs all the same.

The woman by the well was being told by Jesus, to ask and she would receive Him.

The woman with the blood condition, had so much faith, she knew she would be healed by Jesus, and she was.
