how can i get a lot stronger without gaining too much weight. i wrestle in highschool and i need to get stronger. i can gain some muscle mass but i dont want to have a body builder body. can anybody help me out with how i should workout. like do i use light or heavy weights, lots of few reps, etc.

don't worry you won't look like a bodybuilder by accident gaining muscle mass is not easy at all. 99.9% of the people that try to look like bodybuilders never achieve their goals.

do push ups and sit ups every day as well as jogging, but jst be carefull about gaining too much muscle mass
