Have someone go to the grocery store, Buy:

1. Pedialite (for children) to rehydrate you.
2. Ibprofen - take 2 every four hours (stay away from Asprin as it will hurt your tummy)
3. Water and lots of it
4. Oranges, Orange Juice or Vitamin C tablets
5. Vitamin B tablets
6. Soup
7. Low sodium crackers or bread

Keep sleeping. Use a cold washcloth or a fan to keep you cool. Use a big blanket to keep you warm. Stay away from caffeine (coffee, tea, soda) and do not drink more alcohol. This is a myth. It only masks the effects of your hangover and will prolong your recovery. You will feel better by the morning.

As for your friend..I don't really understand your question. She wants to drink shots of vodka in the morning or are you asking if she will be hungover as well?? Listen, to prevent these hangovers you need to #1 Drink water all throughout the night and prior to and during your partying #2 You must eat a full dinner before and try and snack throughout the night. Those are the two most important things you can do to prevent feeling like this next time besides, well you know, not drinking so much. Learn your limits and I hope you feel better soon!

Your friend is planning on drinking in the morning? I highly sugest she doesnt do this. She will probably feel really bad for the rest of the day after the alcohol wears off. And drinking all day really shouldn't be done. If she's going to drink she should wait until it gets darker.

As for me, when I have drank during the day I didnt feel the affects of being drunk that much, even though I was pretty drunk, because of the light.

Drinking at night is just a better idea, imo.

Drink a lot of water and take a vitamin B complex and you should feel better. You need to rehydrate yourself. Going to bed early isn't going to help, except that it will prevent you from doing too many shots again. You didn't say whether your friend has ever had any other alcohol. She probably won't get drunk, but will get a bit tipsy. I'm hoping she isn't doing this before going to work.

Try taking what I call a 'water break' between drinks...seriously after a few shots or beers just drink a glass of water, and if you can remember, take a multivitamin pill before bedtime and waking up the next morning won't be so bad.

yesterday you asked how to fake a hangover, today you are telling us you had one. which is it ? no, it's not a good idea to drink vodka in the morning, and show up wasted at school.

drink lots of water, go get a nice greasy cheese steak or hamburger - then if possible be outside in the fresh air. You'll be all better tomorrow.
