I would like to know what it is like to be a traveling x-ray or CT tech from someone who has done it.?

I am doing project on traveling techs and the pros and cons of a traveling tech. I am also considering becoming a traveling when I graduate. If you could also tell me the differences to you from when you were a regular tech.

I've never traveled, but since you don't have any other answers yet, I'll give my 2 cents.

Pro: great money

Con: working at crappy places where no one else wants to work, hence the reason they have to pay an arm and a leg for a travel tech
