They're so boring and not really satisfying but I know I need to eat them.

go to cooking websites and learn to make a variety of soups as they are quick, easy and very inexpensive to make. most of the time the vegetables loose their original taste and texture during cooking

You could always look for recipes that incorporate veggies. Also, just add a little to your ham sandwhich or use a lowfat dressing you like when eating a salad.

You may have to acquire a taste for them since your body needs the nutrients they provide. willingly eat them for balance and staying healthy. Eating foods that are not notorious all day everyday will lead to illness in the future.
