People like some of the 'standards' like:

cubed cheeses with an assortment of crackers.
a bar of cream cheese with shrimp or crab, and cocktail sauce and crackers is always a hit.
If you have a crockpot, the little weiners in a sweet and sour sauce or with grape jelly and chili sauce heated together is a winner,
grapes, orange segments
Have you ever had a fruit pizza? Beautiful, festive, easy and so yummy. ( Write me for recipe if needed)
Cheese fondue with cubes of french bread
Veggie pizza, veggie tray
Salsa and chips
meatballs in BBQ sauce

Do these ideas help? :>)

Buy some lunch meat (thin sliced), cheeses, lettuce, tomato and tortillas.

You'll probably want to stick with the most popular meats and cheeses.

Start by spreading your favorite condiment on a tortilla. Then spread your lunch meat on thinly and evenly. Top with a couple of slices of cheese, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. Roll the tortilla up like a pinwheel... kind of tight. Slice the rolled up sandwich in about two inch sections. Place the sections decoratively on a platter. This creates a really eye pleasing pinwheel sandwich that is a pretty safe bet for crowds. You can leave the condiments off and put them out separately if you want to be a little bit more on the safe side.

Try apples, pears and cheddar. If you have a microwave soften the cheddar for a few seconds.

Try that Laughing Cow cheese with bagel chips, pesto and cold tomato. Bagel chips are sold in bags and are similar to corn chips.

Try toasted english muffins with provolone, proscuitto, olive oil and vinegar cut into fours. Make a few finger sandwiches.

Try chicken breast cut up into small pieces, salted and boiled with a spicy asian sauce as a dipper. Possibly BBQ sauce with lime and soy sauce.

Try cold cut rolls with dips. Guacamole, French onion, sour cream and ranch dressing.

Make some tea and double brewed Coffee to drive them nuts.

I wish you well.

Well, you could microwave mini hot dogs, or mini quiches or things like that. Without an oven, you have fairly limited choices.

Make sure to have fun!
