no the bac or breath analyzer messes alcohol that is in the blood stream by measuring the gas in your lungs

nope, it won't help you pass a breath test or sober up - you're not diluting the alcohol already in your bloodstream or anything by drinking water. it may help slightly with a hangover if you keep yourself hydrated though
