Does it rub you the wrong way that Protestants are a minority denomination in the Christian world? Haha

The polity of the Christian Church today is like a spectrum, the Catholic Church is holding one end and the Congregational style is at the other. There are advantages to both systems. We would expect the Congregational style Church to be an early adopter of change simply because its size is smallest. You may consider the fast moving Church as the model but some smaller Protestant Churches are moving to the fringe and believing in things that given human fallibility we might frown on. So there is a strong need for all these Churches working in harmony to regulate each other and serve the communities.

I would recommend that when you search you look for things you like first.

they will still find something as it is more convenient. the only thing the catholic church forces someone to do is to be in the absolute truth of christianity, no other denomination can demand this because none of teh others have it. jesus founded the roman catholic church and promised its protection and guidance. 2000 years attestto this, teaching always the same doctrines this long attest to that, the bible the writings of teh early church fathers and every other aspect clearly shows it aswell.the bible is a catholic book,i would thhink we are the ones whom interpret it clearly as jesus wanted through the magisterium-HIS CHURCH.

sandra, the catholic church is the only reason there is a bible, it doesn't make sense for teh church that gave us teh bible to instruct people it is "the harlot" as it is that is a poor interpretation of probably the most poorly interpretated book by protestants with an agenda-revelations is the most misunderstood book, and teh harlot and the seven hills, rome isn't even on or around seven hills.

All is correct! The Catholic church has many false teachings and is considered the Mother of Harlots according to the Bible! This can all be proven if you want to know more!

The Catholic people are wonderful people but unfortunately have no truth. But this is the case with many churches. All people who truly believe in the Bible should obey what the Bibles says which is to Repent, be baptised in Jesus name, and receive the Holy Spirit as it states in Acts 2:38!

But what about yourself my friend, have you obeyed Acts 2:38? Have you received the Holy Spirit since you've believed?
