if the are illegal they should be arrested ,jailed and then deported with no legal way of returning ever..
Oklahoma just passed a law making it a felony to house , hire,
transport or support illegal aliens..

An insurance license is a license to sell insurance. Everyone, alien or otherwise,
1) should not be permitted to drive without insurance and a license
2) should be permitted to drive without an insurance license

Are you talking about people who come here legally or do you mean ILLEGAL aliens? Everyone who drives has the responsibility of having insurance. When the driver is illegal he does have a problem because of his illegality.
And HE SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING.
A very dear friend of mine was killed in an auto accident by an illegal alien who had no license and no insurance. So my friend's family had trouble even paying for the hospital care because the ILLEGAL (who was responsible for the collision-alcohol) had no insurance and had left the country rather than get caught. But of course if the ILLEGAL had gotten hurt he would have been treated and never asked for payment by the hospital.
And I am not a racist, I'm just tired of the billions of dollars we tax payers are spending support people who should solve the problems in their own country rather than come here for all the free services they can gather. The Mexican government actually publishes a brochure tell illegals who come to the US how to use our system to get money and what their rights are under our laws.

lots of them have a drivers license that is called "international drivers license". it can be gotten from the country they are from. and when it is time to renew, they usually have a passport pic taken somewhere from the front and sides and send the money with the pics to renew. i know this because i know several that have them. many insurance companies will give them auto insurance with these license but charge them a penalty fee for non-state drivers license. i know some who have their insurance through nationwide and farmers insurance are just a couple that does this.

Why should we even have to debate this??
Legal citizens of this country have to pass a test and have a license to drive and must have insurance. If not, we are fined/tags seized/vehicles impounded, etc. How could any sane thinking person believe this should not apply to every person here? I swear, I'm moving to Oklahoma....

No, the green skin is too distracting to the other drivers, and three eyes really messes with your depth perception.
Seriously, they AREN'T allowed to drive without a valid license and insurance. The point is, that doesn't STOP them, and it doesn't stop AMERICANS from driving, either, without licenses or insurance.
And although I'm occasionally tempted to, I really don't think it's morally acceptable to just shoot people who are driving without a license and/or insurance.

Do you mean, should people be allowed to drive without insurance? No, it's actually illegal to do that, but many people do it anyway. Not that I think it's right-- it's not. But what else can be done to stop it?
